At Senescence Life Sciences we believe that preventative self-care is the most effective way to stay cognitively healthy throughout our lifespan. The 30 Day Better Brain Challenge calendar is filled with fun and easy activities that are meant to inspire you to take an active role in your brain health for the next 30 days and beyond.

To enter our contest, follow the steps below!

  1. Post a photo of yourself on Instagram completing the day’s brain healthy activity 
  2. Use the hashtag #30DayBetterBrainChallenge
  3. Follow and Tag @senescence.life

It's that easy! Each daily activity that you complete increases your chance of winning. We will award weekly prizes as well as a grand prize at the end of the challenge. The weekly draws will take place September 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th. The suggested activities in our 30 Day Better Brain Challenge are meant to challenge the brain, promote healthy living, and foster social connection in a meaningful way in order to keep your brain healthy.
