Refund Policy

We at Senescence Life Sciences want you to know that you can be confident in your purchase and that we will always do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, however, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied please let us know and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please review our refund policy below.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (Singapore)

If you wish to return your products for whatever reason please contact us at support@senescence.life within fourteen (14) days from receiving your order. Please provide your name, address, order date and order number. We will provide you with further instructions on how you can return your order to us, and will refund you the full amount for it upon receiving your returned products.

Please note that this offer is only available for first time purchases and that you as the customer would be responsible for the cost of returning any unused products to us in the event you would like it refunded.

Alternatively, you may also come to our office at 71 Ubi Road 1, #08-47 Oxley BizHub, Singapore 408732 within the time frames indicated above to have your products replaced or refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently restrict all international orders to a maximum of three (3) bottles per customer, once every three (3) months. This is not only to ensure that international customs and regulatory requirements in the countries we ship to are adhered to, but also to reduce or completely eliminate any additional tax or duty your purchase may be subject to.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee international orders will still not be delayed or otherwise held up entirely by customs at your country of destination. Thus, we are unable to replace or refund orders that do not arrive for this reason.

We also cannot guarantee international orders will not be subject to additional tax or duty upon arrival at their intended destination, as taxes and duties are always subject to change. For this reason we are unable to pay for any tax or duty that may be incurred on international orders, and you as the customer will need to do so in the event these additional costs arise.

If you require further clarification, we encourage you to contact your local customs agency prior to making your purchase.

However, if after receiving your products you wish to return them for whatever reason, please contact us at support@senescence.life within fourteen (14) days from receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how you can return your order to us, at which time we will refund you the full amount for it upon receiving your returned products (minus the cost of shipping, as applicable).
